Heather Goldman, Wedding Officiant
I am an ordained interfaith minister and wedding officiant.

I studied religion at Hunter College in NYC. In 2006, I moved to Massachusetts and completed my degree at Lesley University with a concentration in mysticism and spirituality. After completing this degree, I entered The New Seminary and was ordained as an interfaith minister in 2010. During this time, I also studied the healing, myths, and ceremonies with the Navajo community in Window Rock, AZ.

From a very early age I have been called to serve people. As a child, I volunteered in the children’s ward at Coler Hospital in New York City. After graduating from The New Seminary, I entered a six-week hospice volunteer training program at Beacon Hospice in Massachusetts where I continue to volunteer, providing companionship and a calm presence to people who are making their transition from this world. This work has been a profound gift in my life.

I am continuing to pursue graduate courses in the area of spirituality and counseling with the goal of completing a degree in this area so I can continue to serve others in a deeper capacity.

My eclectic and unique experiences have given me insight into the myriad possibilities that exist in the world and the many ways love expresses itself. In my work as a wedding officiant, I draw upon these experiences to create  ceremonies that truly integrate what is meaningful and unique to each couple that I work with.

My other hobbies include floral design, aromatherapy, Reiki, soap making and yoga.
